From the side of a recent Starbucks cup:
The irony of commitment is that it's deeply liberating--in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life.
--Anne Morriss, Starbucks customer from New York City
I really like that quote and I absolutely agree with it. To me, that is always a huge challenge, to make that commitment and "remove my head as the barrier" to my goals or aspirtations.

I love that. I, too, can totally relate, especially right now.
Buy a car or not? Sell the house or not?
The back and forth of "rational hesitation" is driving me crazy. I guess I should just make some decisions, huh?
How is your Prius treating you?
I am loving it. I'm still getting used to it though. It drives much different than my last car. Not a great drive for a car lover, but nice, comfortable, and easy for traffic and, I would think, road trips. Also still getting used to the weird spacey sounds. I feel a little like George Jetson.
